Bath Time for Regal

Regal was in need of a bath and the Colorado River was the perfect place for one. All you need is a ball and soap.
1st.. send her into the river to get nice and wet.. 2nd ..lather up... 3rd .. send her back into the river to rinse off  4... take walk to dry off
This is by far the easiest bath she has ever had.

Enchanted Rock

While Kalynn was visiting we took her to  Enchanted Rock. It was a cloudy and cool day, but perfect for a hike.

Christmas along route 360-Austin

People have decorated some of the trees along route 360 in Austin, Texas. This has become a tradition over the past 10 years. Just another way to keep "Austin Weird"

Alpacas

While we were going down this country road in Horseshoe, Texas, (Central part of the state) we came upon an Alpaca Ranch called Long Neck Acres. We stopped to admire the beautiful Alpacas. The alpaca is a member of the camelid family, which includes the camel as well as the alpaca’s closer South American relative – the llama. They are used for there wonderful fleece which is very soft. These particular alpacas are called huacaya (wa-ki-a) who have a more fluffy fiber with a lot of crimp
